Who we are

First Call Breakdown Assistance and Towing Services Limited (“First Call”) is a registered Ghanaian company that seeks to provide convenient and reliable vehicle breakdown assistance to get you back on the road. It was borne from a personal vehicle breakdown experience, of having to deal with the inconsistency and unreliable timing for roadside assistance and recovery. To improve on the inadequacies of the current breakdown assistance service in the country, we have trained mobile mechanics that operate using a dedicated fleet of well equipped motorbikes. These mobile mechanics are strategically zoned within the Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Sekondi, Takoradi, Tarkwa and Cape Coast environs to quickly attend to a vehicle breakdown 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days in a year. First Call aims to provide quality and efficient assistance to emergency breakdown requests and to provide a reliable towing service to a workshop if the fault cannot be rectified by our mobile mechanics.
